I know, not too bloody likely that most people will need it. I certainly never thought I would. But, I just got a job that requires I be intimately familiar with all 1,172 pages of its deathless prose, and it took me a moderate amount of time to dig it out of Adobe's site, so I thought I'd save the next person the time (assuming, of course, that the next person is smart enough to read my blog).
