breakfast: 2 bowls cereal w/skim milk.
Just got a fresh shipment of tea from Stash...mmmm, Kopili Assam. God, I needed that this morning. My brain felt like it was waded in sludge. I probably need to make some more...my thoughts have not yet acquired speed. :>
Update:
Lunch: Ramen with a crapload of pasta sauce (poured more than intended). Slice of watermelon.
Dinner: Half of a serving of Sesame Chicken from the local Chinese place, and three veggie dumplings (steamed).
Midnight Snack: 1/4 pint of Ben&Jerry's "Gobfather" ice cream. Yeah, that pretty much blew my cholesterol intake for the week right there. D'oh!
