I just did a (small) magic show

When I was a kid, I enjoyed magic, and I've started picking it up again in the last few months.  I just did a "magic show" (i.e., a few card effects and a rubber-band effect) for the super of my building and one of the doormen.  They loved it.

Right in the middle, I flubbed one of the moves.  It felt a bit like when the car's wheels skid, just a little, on the ice.  But I didn't let on, I just added a couple extra bits to the effect and then merged it into a different effect--pros call this an "out".  Freddie (the super) didn't know that a mistake had been made and the whole thing just left him wowed. The whole effect ended up being considerably stronger than what I originally intended.

After I came back upstairs, my hands were shaking enough that it took three tries to get the key in the lock; it's like that every time I perform, even for family and close friends.  I wonder if the pros get over it eventually?
