My standard workout routine has been getting pretty stale so this morning I went digging around online to find something new. I thought I might try some yoga, and I vaguely remembered the Sun Salute so I dug that up and tried it.
"Looks pretty easy," I thought. "Sure, I'll give it a spin."
So I did it three times in a row. Ok, I didn't have any trouble finishing, but that was definitely much more of a workout than I expected,--especially the Stick position. More importantly, it was fun again. Huzzah for interesting workouts! Because, Ghu knows, exercise is enough of a challenge to commitment without having to make it boring as well.
